Change of Company Name
Order forms are unnecessary. Simply provide current details of directors and shareholders (company reports or Annual Statements are ideal) and the new name required.
We will do the rest including providing the ASIC Form 205 for signature, minutes, resolutions and new certificate when processed by the ASIC. Our fee is for this services is only $74.00 (plus GST) plus the ASIC fee of $370.
