Amendment to Constitution

Order forms are unnecessary for Amendment to Constitution. We simply need the following three items;

  1. A copy of the existing Constitution (Memorandum and Articles of Association for older companies)
  2. Current details of all Directors and Shareholders (a Company Report or an Annual Statement are ideal)
  3. A letter of instruction advising whether you wish to simply update the Constitution or if changes to the Directors and Shareholders are also required.

We provide all relevent minutes, resolutions, ASIC company forms and share transfers (where applicable) and three copies of the updated Constitution.
